Golden Hour Live Analytics generates very complete and constantly rejuvenating reports in an easy-to-use animated graphical user interface.  This interface is easy to lean and helps shield users from complex database commands that are taking place behind the scenes.  This allows users to focus on results and derive knowledge quickly and easily from large amounts of disparate data.

All information collected within Golden Hour Live, from the time the original call was placed to the end of a transport, is available for reporting, reviewing, and analyzing.  In addition, this information is available anytime and at any location through standard Internet access using robust encryption protocol to ensure security, data protection, and HIPAA compliance.

In addition to the tools analytics described above, Golden Hour Live includes a comprehensive User Defined Reports (UDR) generator that allow administrators to export any data field from the Golden Hour database. These UDR extracts can be run interactively or scheduled to run at predetermined timeframes and send the results to a group of interested people through either Email or electronic notification. This information can also be pulled into an Excel or PowerPoint deck for further analysis and presentation as required.
