The Golden Hour Clinical Charting Service captures, processes and automatically feeds on-line integrated clinical information directly into compliance, QA, report generator and billing interface links. This results in faster and more accurate data collection and billings for the emergency medical transportation industry. The Golden Hour Clinical Charting Service helps optimize data for future analysis and processing and tightly integrates with post-flight billing and collection activities. Procedures and medications are time-stamped and JCAHO guidelines are encouraged within the Golden Hour Service. Quality assurance issues are also identified and reported. In addition, quality assurance information can be administratively purged through specific user defined time limits and retention criteria.

All data contained within the Golden Hour Clinical Charting Service is collected and retained in accordance with CAMTS guidelines. In addition, the Golden Hour Service supports both formal and informal online peer review, chart review, patient follow-up, and automated administrative reviews. In order to ensure complete charting, crew members are notified if any of their charts require an addendum or additional information. Administrators are also notified of any QA/CQI issues so corrective action can be taken prior to document storage.
