Donna has been engaged in Air Medical critical care transport industry for more than 25 years. She has served in the roles of Flight Nurse, Chief Flight Nurse, and Program Director. Donna had the opportunity to experience a wide variety of transport environments and crew mixes during her tenure at Loyola Life Star, Stanford Life Flight, and DHART (Dartmouth Hitchcock Advanced Response Team). She has served on the board of directors for the Air and Surface Transport Nurses Association (ASTNA) and the Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS). Additionally, she served as President of ASTNA and as a CAMTS Site Surveyor. Donna is passionately committed to excellence and safety in critical care transport; this commitment was acknowledged by AAMS when she was presented with the Marriott Carlson Leadership Award in 2010. Donna has a MS in Nursing and is a Certified Medical Transport Executive. She remains very active in advancing the education of safety in transport. Donna is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) with a focus on analytics. Her goal is to support our customers need for answers to complex questions related to patient care and transport.
